Currently “on the day” appointments are available to book on Patient Access from 6am - if all appointments have been booked please then contact reception from 8am.
Pre-bookable appointments are now available by calling reception. Pre-bookable appointments are no longer available for direct booking via Patient Access. This enables the practice to navigate patients to the right member of the multi-disciplinary team and maximises our appointment availability.

Updating the appointment availability in this way enables us to navigate patients to the right member of the multi-disciplinary team and reduces the number of patients who do not attend (DNA) for their appointments - in November DNA’s were a total of 131 appointments.

Pilot Scheme - Online Contact via Engage Consult
To make it easier to contact and get help from the practice, we are participating in a pilot scheme for a new digital service which allows you to contact us from your PC, tablet or smartphone.
Instead of using the phone to call us, you can get advice from a clinician, send a message about an admin issue or get self-help advice when it suits you via this new digital service.
Engage Consult is available 24 hours a day and we will respond to your request during our Same Day Service Hours.

Patient Survey 2019
Many thanks to those who took part in the 2019 Patient Survey that ran from 29th April - 17th May. We received over 800 responses, which provides valuable feedback for our Practice Management Team, to help implement changes and guide our processes.
