Patient Access from 6am Monday – Friday    


We currently offer the following online services:

  • Book, cancel and check your appointment online (on the day appointments released at 6am)
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • View test results
  • View your coded medical record (contact reception for a consent form)

Please ensure you collect a registration document from Reception, bringing photo ID with you. 

You can then register and set up your online account.

Online Services - Patient Access

Step 1:

Register for Patient Access with the practice. Please come to the surgery with photo ID and we will provide you with your registration document.

Step 2:

Register on Patient Access. Complete the registration process on their website.

Please note Patient Access is only available for booking a GP appointment - if your condition should be seen by another member of our team - please contact the practice to book.

Please note, if you need to book a 6 week post-natal baby check, complete medical forms or require a longer appointment to discuss more than one complaint, please contact reception to book these appointments.
